1. What shipping options does Virella Jewelry offer?
We offer several shipping options so you can choose what works best for you:

2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping:

Standard (2–5 Business Days) — $5.95

Expedited (2 Business Days) — $6.95
-
Express (1 Business Day) — $9.95
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders shipped outside major zones may require additional transit time.
3. How long does production take?
Production time depends on the type of item ordered:
Personalized Jewelry

Production time: 2–4 business weeks

Each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail

Expedited or express shipping begins after production is completed
Non-Personalized Jewelry

Processed and shipped within 1 business day
Mixed Orders
If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, everything will ship together once the personalized piece is ready.
If you’d like your non-personalized items shipped sooner, you may request a split shipment for a flat fee of $6.95 by contacting us.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Virella Jewelry ships worldwide.
5. Where are engraved and photo jewelry pieces made?
All engraved and photo pendant pieces are carefully crafted in our Los Angeles studio to ensure premium quality and precision.
If your order includes both a personalized item and a ready-to-ship piece, your personalized item may first be processed before the full order ships together.
If you prefer to receive items separately, a split shipment can be arranged for $6.95.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order:

7. When will my tracking information be available?
Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.
If you don’t see updates after this period, contact us at lamarketnet@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.
8. Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address.
Please contact us as soon as possible at lamarketnet@gmail.com.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
9. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us immediately at lamarketnet@gmail.com.
If shipping protection was purchased, we’ll assist with a claim or replacement.
10. My order says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it
Please try the following first:

Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery

Personalized items: eligible for store credit only

Non-personalized items: eligible for store credit or exchange

No cash refunds — store credit only

Items must be unworn and in original packaging
How to Start a Return

Package securely and drop off at the courier location
Important Notes

Extenders are not eligible for return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Jewelry boxes and pouches should not be returned
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
Return Label Fees

Flat-rate return label: $5.95 (deducted from store credit)

You may also use your own label (we are not responsible for lost returns sent this way)
Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of purchase

Personalized and photo jewelry cannot be canceled once production begins
